The Schedule
-
A full-body workout using dumbbells, resistance bands, and props designed to define and tone. Low-impact, repetitive sequences that build deep strength and endurance. Perfect for all levels, especially beginners looking to move with control and confidence.
-
An energetic flow designed to clear stagnant energy from the body. Connecting breath to movement - expect to flow seamlessly from one shape to the next, challenging the body to explore beyond its habitual patterns. Each Core Club yoga class ends with meditation to create space in the mind to invite the deepest relaxation.
-
A full-body workout combining pilates with ballet. Often dumbbells, resistance bands, and props. Low-impact, repetitive sequences designed intentionally to lengthen and tone. Perfect for all levels.
-
A dynamic, full-body workout performed in an infrared heated studio to enhance mobility and increase detoxification. Using dumbbells, resistance bands, and props designed to define and tone. You’ll build heat from within and move with precision and control. This class is still low-impact but expect to move at a slightly faster, more powerful pace. If you’re new to Pilates, we highly recommend starting with a Back to Basics or Mat Pilates class first.
-
(Vinyasa Yoga)
A dynamic, flowing practice that links breath with movement. Focusing on flexibility, body awareness, and mindfulness, each class ends with meditation to create space in the mind and invite deep relaxation. This style of yoga may be available in both heated and non-heated formats.
-
An exclusive 1-1 or 2-1 Mat Pilates experience with our founder Emily. Perfect if you are new to Pilates, returning to movement after time away / post injury or if you simply prefer the focused attention of a private class.
