Small sweat towels and full water bottles are essential for any hot classes. All mats and equipment are provided. Socks are not essential for core club classes.

No, Please arrive in suitable workout attire.

Customers get off the waitlist on a first-come first-serve basis. If you get off the waitlist, you will receive an email confirming that you have been added to the class. You can be added into the class up until 1 hour before the class begins.

If you no longer wish to attend the class you are on the waitlist for, it is your own responsibility to remove yourself from the waitlist.

Core Club operates with a strict 8 hour cancellation window. If you cancel within this window you will not receive your class credit back into your account nor shall you be refunded. Unlimited members will be charged the cost of the late cancelled class. Cancellations must be carried out via your Momence account.

Note: Credits can not be transferred between clients. Credits will not be extended.

Unfortunately the studio door will be locked promptly at class start time and entry after this will NOT be permitted. Please avoid knocking on the door as this is distracting for others. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your class start time.

If it is your first Core Club class please allow extra time to locate and access the studio.

Due to the popularity and demand for class spots, if you do not cancel before your class start time via your Momence account and fail to show for your booked class - you will be charged a no show fee. This fee also applies to unlimited members. In order to maintain consistency, unfortunately no exceptions will be made.
